Return Policy

At Handy Hound, we want you (and your pet) to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

All items can be returned, including used products, if you are unhappy with your purchase.

To complete a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days (timing depends on your bank or card provider).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Contact your bank

Sale Items

Sale items may also be refunded under this policy.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If it was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
